Submitting Feedback

Submit your comments about Engagement Organizer and other CCH Axcess modules using the Feedback Forum. We encourage comments that reflect your experience using the products, or your ideas for improvement. Product Management reviews and responds to all feedback.

To submit feedback, click Feedback at the top of the Engagement Organizer window.

Note: We have changed the software tool for collecting customer feedback so that we can better manage and streamline the feedback received. Functionality in the new feedback software will be limited initially. You can submit ideas, but will not be able to view or vote on ideas submitted by others. Existing feedback collected in the old system will be retained and managed in a separate database. We will roll out more functionality soon. Please know that we value your feedback and want to ensure that we are incorporating your ideas in the most effective way.
