Setting Up Staff Information in CCH® ProSystem fx® Engagement
The following staff information is set up in the Staff Properties window in Engagement and transfers to Engagement Organizer. Before working with Engagement Organizer, we recommend that you set up this information in Engagement.
- Work email address. If a work email address is not set up for a user in Engagement, the system prompts the user for an email address when they launch Engagement Organizer from Engagement.
- Name. This information transfers from Engagement when the staff member is created in Engagement Organizer.
- Phone number. This information transferred from Engagement when the staff member is created in Engagement Organizer. You are not required to set up this information in Engagement.
The following information is set up on the Firm Properties tab of the Engagement Options window. In Engagement Organizer, this firm information transfers to the staff member's settings. If the staff member is the primary firm user for an organizer, these settings are used in the body and signature of emails sent to clients to request documents.
- Firm name. You are not required to set up this information in Engagement.
- Website address.You are not required to set up this information in Engagement.
Staff members also have the option to enter their own information in their Engagement Organizer Settings.
